I'd call it "drunk". I'd also call it "the kid playing guitar had never picked one up before". Or maybe "I didn't know my voice could do that."
I happen to find it hilarious. It's what bands should sound like. Just imagine if AC/DC did something like this on stage. Thousands of horrified morons, and probably about six people laughing their asses off. It'd be great. I wonder if Brian Johnson can make that sound.

The vocals are cool. Kind of funny in an alien way. The feedback, or what ever it is, up front is cool too. This is neat stuff--and it is annoying I guess, but what the hell?
